Appointments System

Routine appointments can be arranged in person, by telephone (01782 358802) or online via the link at the top of this page (you will require a PIN number for Internet bookings, please ask at reception for details).

Urgent cases are seen on the same day and must be booked by telephone, you may be asked to give some indication of your illness so we can assess how soon you need to see a clinician.

If your condition is non-urgent, you can expect to see a GP within 2 working days. If you don’t need an appointment within 2 working days, you also have the option to book up to 2-3 weeks in advance if this is more convenient for you. There are a limited amount of same day appointments available; to book these you must contact the surgery at 08:00 on 01782 358802.

Please state at the time of booking your appointment is you have a preference of practitioner. We will try to accommodate your request wherever possible.

Please be aware that the reception team may ask for a brief reason for your appointment to enable them to Care Navigate you to the appropriate clinician.

If you are not a regular user of our services, we offer 3 year consultations for patients aged between 16-74 years.

If you are 75 years or over and have not seen one of our Clinicians for a year, you can request an annual consultation.
