Did you know you can apply for Proxy Access to GP online services?
This allows a trusted person (such as a parent, carer, or relative) to access certain parts of your medical record or manage your health needs on your behalf.
- Book and manage appointments
- Order repeat prescriptions
- View relevant health information
To requests proxy access, please collect a proxy access form from reception from 8:30am to 6.30pm.
