When will you get a response?

We aim to respond to your online consultation before the end of the working day but due to the increase in demand, at times there may be a slight delay. Once our admin and clinical team have processed your online consultation, they will send you a notification via sms or email advising you of when an appointment has been booked and what type of appointment it is. It may be that you are booked in, in a few days’ time so that the most appropriate clinician is able to process your query (for example, this is something a specific clinician has been dealing with).

If your online consultation is regarding an administrative or prescription query, you will be advised when this has been passed on to the relevant team.  If your condition deteriorates or you feel that you need medical attention sooner, please contact the practice on 01782358802 and 111 or 999 if it is an emergency.
