Extended Access Appointments

Patients now have access to appointments at a number of  Extended Access Hubs across North Staffordshire. Our hubs are located at Furlong Medical Centre, Cobridge Health Centre and Tunstall Primary Care. If you would like to book an appointment at one of the alternative sites please speak to a member of our reception team. The Hub appointments are available from 16:00 – 20:00 Monday – Friday. There is also availability at weekends.

When We Are Closed

Out of hours services are provided by Staffordshire Doctors Urgent Care Medical Services (SDUC), Riverside Business Park, Campbell Road, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 4RJ

They offer a GP service to our patients when the surgery is closed between 18:30 – 08:00 Monday to Friday, at weekends and bank holidays.

To contact the SDUC services when the surgery is closed simply call 111 and your call will be answered by a clinician who can arrange for you to be seen by the Out of Hours GP’s.
